Ingredients
3 ½ cups Flour
1 1/3 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Butter or margarine
6 Bananas, (very ripe)
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
Method of Preparation
In a large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients, mix with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs. Mix bananas and eggs together and stir into other ingredients until just blended. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans, making sure to remove excess flour, pour batter evenly into pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes. Remove from pans and let cool on racks. Makes two 9×5 inch loaves

14 cups Flour

8 tablespoons Baking powder
4 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Baking soda

24 Bananas
16 Eggs
