Sonesta Boston Holiday The holidays are just a couple of months away, so now is the time to plan your company’s party at the Royal Sonesta Boston. This year, the hotel is taking to heart the old and very true adage that giving is better than receiving by offering you and your company’s employees the opportunity to give back.

Of course, inviting your company to celebrate the season at the Royal Sonesta Boston is a giving gesture all by itself! You and your employees will enjoy a fun and festive evening with creative menu options from our Food Is Art Collection, exceptional dining service and sweeping views of the Charles River and Boston Skyline from all of our private function rooms. You can also choose from our brand new Longfellow Room with its own Private Terrace, the Skyline Suites, or the Grand Ballroom for larger groups. For more intimate gatherings, our Riverfront Room is the perfect setting.

So Many Ways to Give

It’s no secret that the holidays are the best time of year to give back—to employees, to your community or to a charity. This year, the Royal Sonesta Boston is happy to help you do just that. When you book your holiday party with us, we’ll make it easy for you to give to those who mean the most to you.

Give Back to your Employees. We’ll work with you to offer a variety of Gift Cards that you can use however you’d like—as year-end raffle prizes, as employee incentives, as length-of-service awards or just because. 

Give Back to your Community. Plan your party with the Royal Sonesta Boston, and we will make a donation to a local community group or a national charity of your choice. You pick the charity and we’ll donate 5% of your total Food and Beverage bill on your behalf.

Give Back to your Team. Give back in a more immediate sense with a Midnight Snack Buffet to wrap up your party. We’ll prepare a variety of Sliders with French Fries, Sweet Potato Tots, and Mini Ice Cream Cones.

Just let us know which “give” you prefer and we’ll take care of the rest!

Plus the Royal Sonesta Boston is doing some holiday giving of their own, with special parking and room rates for your employees who attend your party. Self-park your car for $12, or take advantage of our $129 overnight guestroom rate, including parking for one vehicle.

The Royal Sonesta Boston is already taking reservations for holiday parties, so act soon to secure your preferred function room and guestrooms. This offer is valid from November 30, 2014 through February 28, 2015. Food & Beverage revenue minimums apply for each of our event spaces and for this offer.
