Put Sonesta “Art” on Your Menu this Holiday

method=get&cs=1&s=1E6981B8-028F-A57E-A2529D965F73EFE3There are few holiday traditions as meaningful as the meal you put on the table for loved ones to savor. With family and friends congregating around thoughtfully prepared dishes, the warmth of the season radiates. And the food on our tables and the spirits in our glasses unite us.

When the recipes and the drinks are special, the holiday can only follow suit. That’s why we’re pleased to share some of our favorites from our Food Is Art and Liquid Art programs. On behalf of all of us at the Sonesta Collection, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

Pour a Little Cheer with Liquid Art!

Your guests will love our Candy Cane Martini – a seasonal cocktail from the bar at the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale.  Or, warm up your visitors with a S’moretini from ArtBar at the Sonesta Philadelphia, complete with toasted marshmallows! Find more seasonal cocktail recipes by searching Liquid Art.

Whet the Appetite with Delicious Starters

We suggest starting with a Warm Camembert with Wild Mushroom Fricasseas created by Executive Chef Christopher Cramer at the Sonesta Coconut Grove Miami.  Our seasonal Pumpkin Fritters recipe comes from the kitchen of the Royal Sonesta Boston.

Wow Them with the Main Event

How does a Cajun Brined Smoked Turkey as prepared from the kitchen of the Royal Sonesta New Orleans sound for your entree? Or for a bit more spice, try our Brisket with Red Chile BBQ Sauce – as prepared by Executive Chef Peter Laufer C.E.C. at the Royal Sonesta Houston.

Finish It Off with a Sweet Treat

For a taste of the South you’ll enjoy our Peach & Raspberry Cobbler – a dessert from the kitchen of the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore, Executive Chef Josean Rosado.  Or, maybe your family would prefer the Sweet Dumpling Squash Crème Brûlèe, a dessert from the kitchen of Executive Chef Brian Dandro at the Royal Sonesta Boston.
