The Honey Bee
2 oz. Tito’s Vodka
1 oz. St. Germain
1 oz. Honey Simple Syrup
In a shaker, measure in Tito’s vodka, 1/2 oz. honey simple syrup and St. Germain. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice, fill with ice, then cap and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Use your remaining honey simple syrup to lightly pour in a circular motion directly on to the rim of the glass.
