Leave it to Sonesta’s creative chefs to re-invent a tried-and-true American classic that you’d only expect to see around a campfire. When Executive Chef Christopher Cramer of the Sonesta Coconut Grove Miami signed on to participate in Miami’s Iron Fork competition at the city’s American Airlines arena this month, he brought a winning combination of salty and sweet to the table: Nutella S’mores.
Lucky for you, a campfire isn’t necessary. You can try them at Chef Cramer’s Panorama Restaurant & Sky Lounge at the Sonesta Coconut Grove Miami, or enjoy this recipe to make them at home.
As with any treat that originated around a campfire, there are no hard and fast rules to making Nutella S’mores. If you prefer sweet over salty, or vice versa, adjust the above ingredients accordingly. The pleasure is in finding the combination that makes your taste buds sing.
