Sonesta President & CEO Carlos Flores was recently interviewed for Behind the Brand in Hotel Business about the history of the company, our continued commitment to personalized customer service, and our exceptional recent growth.

The opinion and impression of our brand by our guests and others familiar with Sonesta is very positive and has remained so throughout the company’s history.  Carlos identified that the one thread that can be found consistently throughout all of our hotels is a personalized unique experience that allows for very customized service delivery.  Commenting about the company’s growth, he specifically focused on Sonesta bringing a new name into many brand saturated markets and how we are using that to our advantage as continued growth for the company remains a primary focus.
