There’s nothing better over the summer than to fire up the grill and cook up some burgers for friends and family, and every week in May, Sonesta is sharing a unique and delicious Burger of the Week recipe to help you do just that. This week’s burger is the BBQ Brisket Double Cheese Burger from Chef Robert at Royal Sonesta Houston.
2 each eight ounce 44 Farms Burgers
4 slices cheddar cheese
2 slices BBQ beef brisket
2 ounces coleslaw
1 toasted brioche bun
Cook the two burgers over a grill until desired doneness. Top each burger with two slices of cheddar cheese. While the burgers are finishing, fry one egg sunny side up. Toast the bun. Place two patties on top of the bun. Top with two slices of BBQ brisket, coleslaw and the fried egg. Top with the bun. Enjoy!
