“Very Good Value for Money”

“Sonesta ES Suites Andover has been my home for the past couple of months, as I recently relocated to the US for work. I chose it for a long-term stay for its proximity to my new office location and good recommendations from coworkers. Overall, I am vary satisfied with my choice. Here are some details about Sonesta that may interest fellow travelers visiting Andover/Boston:

  • Guests are typically business people on weekdays and families visiting the area on weekends.
  • The hotel decor is quite modern. In fact, if you have stayed at a Sonesta ES Suites at other locations, you will notice they all look more or less the same as they follow a standardized layout and decor.
  • One of the highlights of this hotel is for sure its remarkably friendly, accommodating staff.”

“Best Hotel in Houston”

“I stayed at the Sonesta for about a month while on business in Houston. It’s conveniently located to just about anything in Houston. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very clean. The entire staff is super friendly, warm, and extremely customer focused — ready to serve and make your stay as pleasant as can be. The food is amazing and the bar has a vast selection of spirits for all tastes. Bravo! This is an outstanding establishment!”

“Extended Stay for 9 Months”

“We sold out house in Eagan and were building a new home out of town and needed a place to stay for 6+ months. We decided on the Sonesta because of the townhouse feel with separate entrances, full kitchen, and walking distance from some great restaurants. We liked that the location was close to the freeways and close to our jobs. My husband, our daughter, our dog, and I stayed in an upper unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms close to the lobby. A few other bonuses were the breakfasts and the 3 midweek light meals. We used the grill often and enjoyed fired and chatting with the other extended stay folks. We also got to know the hardworking staff who became like family. Some that I believe are still there are John, Nicole, Nicole P., James, Iman, Mel, Andrea, and Tyisha. We ended up staying for almost 9 months and saw many positive changes happening daily. If we need a place to stay when we are back in town, we will definitely stay at Sonesta again.

“A Week at the Sonesta!”

“We stayed here for a conference being held at UM School of Law. Our room was very clean, beautiful view. The staff is helpful with a smile. The restaurant, Panorama, is a wonderful space with outdoor and indoor options. It has a great happy hour from 4-7 with small plates and discounted drinks. We had breakfast there that was incredibly luxurious (I never knew poached eggs could be so beautiful). We had a small reception there prior to our conference. The display table was beautiful and under Frank’s guidance, his staff was relentless in passing food trays! My guests went home totally happy. Would return here in a heartbeat.
