One of the best parts of working with couples to plan their Sonesta weddings is seeing all of their carefully chosen details come together for a dream wedding.
Tiaundra and Tony had their Hilton Head Island wedding on May 19, 2018 at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island, and everything from their beautiful green and white flowers and place settings to their cupcake tower made for a clean and classic look and feel.
The couple decided on Sonesta Hilton Head because they thought the resort was beautiful and offered more than other resorts in the area. They appreciated that their contact at the resort was great to work with and easy to get in touch with. The wedding festivities started with their rehearsal dinner in the Junior Ballroom, with guests dining at the seafood buffet.

Tiaundra and Tony had their ceremony at the Beach Pavilion, and their green and white theme flowed throughout the ceremony and reception spaces.
Hilton Head Island provided the perfect backdrop for their wedding photos.
Out in the open air and surrounded by palm trees, twinkling lights, and green-and-white floral arrangements, the reception brought friends and family together for food, fun, and celebration of the couple.
Guests dined on stuffed chicken, steak, and roasted vegetable pasta, followed by a cupcake tower made up of four flavors: vanilla, carrot, red velvet, and sweet Georgia brown.
When asked about the best parts of their wedding day, the couple shared the following.
“We absolutely loved our wedding day. I wish I could relive the entire day all over again. Our favorite part was having our closest family and friends in one location celebrating us. The ceremony was decorated beautifully and the reception was a lot of fun. All of our guest had a great time.”
Celebrating love and being part of the beginning of a couple’s happily-ever-after is always fun for our hotel teams. If you are planning a wedding, we would love to share the many unforgettable Sonesta destinations and event spaces available for your special day.
