Several of our hotels offer complimentary yoga classes to help reduce the stress of travel, to stretch road-weary muscles, and to help you feel refreshed and focused, whether you have a day of meetings, sightseeing, or pool-lounging ahead.


Rooftop yoga at The Chase Park Plaza Royal Sonesta St. Louis  – Once a month over the summer months, Chase Park Plaza opens its rooftop for complimentary yoga class for guests and locals. The next class is on July 26. If you are in the St. Louis area and want to enjoy free yoga with amazing views, you can register here. Fitness studio Sante also offers yoga classes regularly for a fee.

Yoga on the beach at Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island – Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., through Labor Day, guests staying Sonesta in Hilton Head can welcome the day with beach yoga.

Serene Saturday at Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach  – If you’re planning a visit to Fort Lauderdale, you can wake up and stretch in the sunshine Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. across the street from the hotel on the beach. All levels are welcome, and towels are provided.
