Jungle Bird

Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore 

Jungle Bird, $10
1 ½ oz Myers Rum
1 ½ oz Pineapple Juice
¾ oz Campari
½ oz Simple Sugar
½ oz Lime Juice

Mix together, shake.
Serve in glass with ice, garnish with pineapple.

Blood Orange Citrus Fizz, $9
1 oz Bumbu Spiced Rum
Slice Blood Orange
Slice Lemon
Slice Lime
1 oz Orange Juice
½ oz grenadine
2 oz Soda
Simple Syrup

Coco Loco

Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach

Coco Loco
Mount Gay Rum
Cream of Coconut
Pineapple juice
Orange juice

Add all ingredients in a mixing jar. Stir. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a an orange wheel and a maraschino cherry.

2 oz Mt Gay Black Barrel Rum
1 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

Shake vigorously over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass Garnish with luxardo maraschino cherries.


Royal Sonesta Boston

Kombucha Mojito, $13

1 ¾ oz rum
2 oz kombucha
½ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
6 each blueberries
5 each mint leaves

Mint sprigs muddled with sugar, blueberries and lemon juice in a 12oz Collins glass. Add rum and fill with ice, top with kombucha. Garnished with sprig of mint leaves.
