Snownesta Royale
Royal Sonesta New Orleans
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Malibu rum
- 1 oz Sauza tequila (blanco)
- ½ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz Coco Lopez or Island Oasis pina colada mix
- Shaved coconut
- Cayenne pepper
Preparation:
- Combine liquids in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a martini glass.
- Top with shaved coconut and a dash of cayenne pepper.
Sailors on Holiday
Royal Sonesta Houston
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Sailor Jerry spiced rum
- 1.5 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 3 oz prepared hot chocolate
- Dash of orange bitters
- Whipped cream
- Shaved chocolate
- Cinnamon stick or candy cane
Preparation:
- Add the rum and schnapps to the hot chocolate.
- Top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick or candy cane.
Spiced Cranberry Mule

Ingredients:
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 2 oz ginger beer
- Lime wedge
Preparation:
- Combine ingredients over ice and pour into mule glass.
- Garnish with lime.
Orange Creamsicle Dream

Ingredients:
- 1 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz half and half
- 2 oz sparkling wine
- Sugar
- Orange slice
Preparation:
- Combine first three ingredients into a flute rimmed with sugar. Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with orange.
Berry Ginger Mimosa

Ingredients:
- ½ oz vodka
- ½ oz blueberry syrup
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1.5 oz ginger beer
- 1 oz Champagne
- Sugar
- Blueberries
Preparation:
- Combine ingredients into a flute rimmed with sugar.
- Garnish with blueberries.
The Ghost of Christmas Future
The Clift Royal Sonesta
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Clear Creek Distilling’s Douglas Fir brandy
- 1 oz Dubonnet Rouge
- 1 oz Canton ginger liqueur
- 2 dashes Bittercube cherry bark vanilla bitters
- Expressed orange peel
- Expressed lemon peel
Preparation:
- Combine ingredients in a shaker and stir.
- Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Add the expressed peels. To express citrus peels, squeeze a sliver of the rind over the drink to release some spritz, run the rind over the glass’s rim, then curl the rind and place it in the drink.
- Garnish with a classic orange and cherry flag.
