Liquid Art Toasts to Valentine’s Day

Cupid’s Arrow

Royal Sonesta Boston

Ingredients:

  • 5 raspberries
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 1 oz Stoli raspberry vodka
  • ½ oz Reyka vodka
  • ¼ oz lime juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz grapefruit soda
  • Sliced strawberries and additional raspberries for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Muddle raspberries and basil in a shaker. Add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Shake well with ice, then strain into a Collins glass filled ice.
  3. Top with soda and garnish with strawberry heart and raspberries.

 

Cosmic Kiss

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Reyka vodka
  • ½ oz Aperol
  • 1 oz hibcus tea
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz cranberry fruitations
  • Ginger beer
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake well with ice.
  2. Pour into rocks glass and top with ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with lime wedge.

 

Stupid Cupid

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Johnny Drum bourbon
  • ¾ oz oz Campari
  • ½ oz Maurin Quina
  • ½ oz Carpano Antica
  • 2 dashes Bitter Truth chocolate bitters

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice, stir for 15 seconds with a bar spoon, and
  3. Fine strain into a Nick & Nora martini glass.

 

Love Potion

Ingredients:

  • ½ Malibu
  • ½ peach schnapps
  • 2oz Ketel One citron vodka
  • 2oz cranberry juice
  • Cherry

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake well with ice.
  2. Pour into chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with the cherry.

Godiva Chocolate Martini – Valentine’s Day

Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces of Godiva Liqueur (white or dark)
  • .75 ounces Stoli Vanilla Vodka

Preparation:

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing tin filled with ice.
  2. Strain into a martini glass.
  3. Garnish with chocolate syrup and a truffle.
