Q: What do you like most about working within and leading a hotel?

A: I  truly enjoy working with my team to have incredible moments for our guests. Most important is having the opportunity to create a positive and fun environment to help my team grow.

Q: During your time with Sonesta – what have you enjoyed most?

A: The best part was working with Jim Oberliesen, learning the brand and working together for a successful renovation.

Q: What has been your most successful Everyday Surprise at your hotel?

A: All my Everyday Surprises have been successful. The one standing out the most was Mother’s Day. We celebrated our guests and the staff members with a rose, balloon, and breakfast for all the beautiful Moms. They were totally surprised and felt especially appreciated.

A: Flight attendant.

Q: What do you enjoy most about living in the greater Memphis area?

A: Truly have a passion for traveling and discovering new places. My top 3  are Hawaii, Belize, and Spain.

Q: Name three items you absolutely do not travel without.
