The award-winning culinary dynamo has updated the menu with imaginative and delicious options—all locally sourced from seasonal ingredients and meticulously prepared, of course, to meet his exacting standards. The newest and most exciting addition is Chef Mike’s “diner” experience each morning. This is not your grandfather’s greasy-spoon diner. Far from it. For instance, take the new dish that he’s affectionately called the Sonesta Philly—an Eggs Benedict-style breakfast made with pork roll and Boursin cheese. It’s an amazingly flavorful way to start your day! And if you’ve got to run out for a meeting, you can stop by the hotel’s Grab & Go counter for a danish, coffee, juice and more fast favorites.
End your day at the relaxed and friendly bar, where our mixologists shake or stir just the right spirits and liqueurs to create a winning Liquid Art cocktail every time. And for dinner, Chef Mike’s new Spring menu offers ArtBar’s answer to Spanish-style tapas including a Pennsylvania cheddar on the cheese board. Savor tasty and satisfying sharable plates like a Yard’s IPA clams in sautéed garlic and roasted long hots (pictured), the spring berry bruschetta with ricotta salata, and mint, or Market Street burger served with smoked cheddar, maple bacon spread, dill pickle on a pretzel bun.
