Here Comes Hanukkah
1 1/2 oz. Monkey Shoulder
1 oz. Manischewitz
.75 oz. Honey
.5 oz. Grapefruit Cordial
.25 Lime Juice
.25 Allspice Dram
1 Egg White
Add all ingredients into shaker. Dry shake then add ice and do a wet shake. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with Hibiscus Dust. Enjoy!
Take Me Pome Tonight
2 oz J Rieger’s Kansas City Whiskey
0.25 oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Cinnamon-Infused Rich Simple
Dash of Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters
Shake on ice, then double strain to chilled coupe. Season one thinly-sliced pear wheel with cinnamon. Using a torch, sear the pear for approx. 5 seconds (pear wheel should be lightly browned and the smell of cinnamon should be apparent). Lightly float the wheel on top of the drink and serve.

White Christmas Martini
1 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz White Crème de Cacao
1 1/1 oz Half & Half
Shake all ingredients in cocktail shaker and strain into martini glass rimmed with holiday theme sprinkles.
Salted Caramel White Russian
1 oz Caramel Vodka
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Salted Caramel Baileys
1 oz Half & Half
Combine all ingredients in a tall Collins glass and top with caramel and chocolate drizzle. Top with marshmallows.
Sonesta Philadelphia Downtown Rittenhouse Square
Philly 75
1 oz Bluecoat Gin
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Pomegranate Syrup
Directions: Combine gin, Pomegranate Syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a champagne glass. Top up with Champagne and serve.
A balance of sweet and acidic with fruity and herbal undertones. The perfect drink to ring in the new decade!

¼ oz Mata Cuy
1/8 oz Galliano Liquor
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Caña Alta Azul
1 oz Pineapple Syrup
Decoration: Orange, branches of cypress and rosemary
This cocktail is made from a distilled liquor called “Mata Cuy”, an Andean compound made from sugarcane, macerated in 12 Andean botanicals.
The Quechua word Cusicui means “rejoice” in Quechua, the native language of the region.
