1.5 oz Watershed Guild Gin
.5 oz Amaro Averna
.5 oz Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
.5 oz Fig Syrup
Black Mission Fig (Garnish) 1 ea
- Build in shaker by adding gin, Averna, cranberry juice, and fig syrup over ice. Shake and strain into Coupe glass.
- Top with Cava
Mint + Mellow Mocktail, Sonesta Columbus Downtown
7 oz Hot Cocoa
1 oz Mint Syrup
Crisp Pearls (Garnish)
Chocolate Baton (Garnish)
WaterShed bourbon (adjust Hot chocolate ratio) 1 1/2oz
- Make hot chocolate 6oz hot water / 1 hot chocolate packet + add mint syrup.
- Fill mug with hot chocolate.
- Add marshmallow. Use torch and toast.
- Add remaining garnishes.

1.5oz of Rum
1oz Coconut Milk
1oz Coconut Cream
1oz Evaporated Milk
.5oz Condensed Milk
Mix all ingredients and serve chilled or on the rocks.
Garnish with cinnamon powder, cinnamon stick, and coconut flakes.

2 oz Ketel One,
.75 oz. Lemon Syrup
Fill glass with ice
Top with ginger beer & stir
Serve on the rocks, garnished with cranberries and a smoking rosemary sprig.
