Exceptional Customer Service
“My stay experience was exceptional. Front Desk staff was very professional. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of my room. Room Service was great. I enjoyed the food and the open bar. The gym was very clean. The Bar staff was nice as well. During COVID pandemic, I felt safe and secure. Never had to leave the hotel, all amenities were provided. Thanks Sonesta!”

Perfect Staycation Downtown
“The front desk and concierge staff was very friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive. They convinced us to upgrade to the Deluxe King suite and we are so happy we did. The room was large with its own sitting area. It was very clean and very nicely appointed. The location was excellent – very easy walking distance to nice bars and restaurants but quiet. We will be back!”

Great Transition to a new brand name
“I have been staying at this location since October 2020 when they were under a different brand hotel name. I knew about the transition to Sonesta name brand during my stay and was a little nervous. With the exception of my bill having a different name on it, I hardly noticed the transition!

If you come to stay at this location here’s a couple things to know.

  1. It is very centrally located and close to numerous restaurants, stores and freeway entrances!
  2. If there is an issue with your room, do not suffer in silence. Say something to the front desk and it will get resolved. I had a couple issues with my room (more annoyances) and the Maintnenace team not only fixed the issues, but did it around my schedule.
  3. Unlike most hotels in this area, laundry is free, parking is free and breakfast is a hot breakfast.
  4. They are very flexible. My family comes to visit me every 3-4 weeks, the front desk always gets me into a larger room for the weekend!

I absolutely would not venture to a different hotel while staying in this area!!! My experience here has been too good!”

  1. I stayed at Plantation, Fl at the Sonesta that was billed as a new hotel, which turned out to be an old falling apart Staybridge hotel that was poorly repaired and is just being billed as new Hotel. Only cosmetic repairs. poorly done, doors are warped, rust on all metal grids, poorly painted walls, you can see delinquencies in every corner. We booked this property ONLY because it was advertised as a new just opened hotel to find it lacking in all aspects.

    • Angela, thank you for your candid feedback. We are very careful to not say a hotel is “new” in our marketing and messaging as they simply have converted to our brands in the last two months. (Over 200 individual properties new to our management.) The ‘new’ refers to our destination to our portfolio – not that a renovation has been completed or is newly built. We’ll be sharing more about ownerships plans for each of these 200 hotels over the next few months and hope you’ll give us a chance to visit again once the hotel is truly rebranded.
