The Irish Maid
1 oz Jameson Caskmates
½ oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz simple syrup
2 oz club soda
Squeeze of lemon
2 slices of cucumber
Combine all ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker. Shake to combine. Pour into tall Collins glass. Add two slices of cucumber and sprig of mint.

The Behan Dubliner
This take on an Old Fashioned is named after famous Irish Author Brendan Behan. “A drinker with writing problems.”

1 ¾ oz. Writers Tears Copper Pot Irish Whiskey
½ oz. Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 each Luxardo Cherry
Stir first 3 ingredients with ice cube and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cherry.


The Kilbeggan Grasshopper
This Grasshopper is made with Irish Whiskey from the oldest licensed distillery of its kind in Ireland, founded in 1757.

1 oz. Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
¾ oz. Crème de Menthe
¾ oz. Crème de Cacao
1 oz. heavy cream
Garnish Hershey Chocolate
Sprinkle of Nutmeg
Combine first 4 ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into martini glass painted with chocolate syrup and top with a dash of nutmeg.

“St. Peppermint Patty” (Martini) 2 oz Cathead Vodka
1.5 oz Crème de Menthe
.75oz Green Vanilla Simple Syrup
Shake w/ice & Strain into Martini Glass
Topped w/ Whipped Cream & Shaved Chocolate

“The Green Lantern” 1.5oz Green Chartreuse
1oz Lemon Juice
1oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Maraschino Liqueur
.5oz Cointreau
3oz Water

Serve over ice. Garnish with Lemon Twist.

2 oz Tullamore Dew Caribbean Cask
1/2 oz Pear Shrub
1/4 oz Lime Juice
3 oz Ginger Beer

Serve in a copper mug garnished with a mint sprig.

1oz Tullamore Dew
1/2oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Creme de Menthe
2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
1oz half and half
Hard Shake

2 oz. Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Muddled 6 Mint Leaves
Serve over crushed Ice

Green River
2oz green tea vodka
1oz ginger beer
1oz lemon juice
.75oz arugula simple syrup
.50oz fresh cucumber juice
1 dash of orange bitters
Matcha powder for glass rim

Rim glass with matcha powder. Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and shake. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass.
