It’s that time of year again! Every year, AAA announces its Best of Housekeeping award winners, and we are excited to share that many of our hotels have received this prestigious honor. Cleanliness is always a priority, but during the last year, we have taken cleaning and sanitizing to the next level with our Stay Safe with Sonesta initiative.
How does a hotel receive the AAA Inspector’s Best of Housekeeping designation?
Every AAA inspected & approved hotel must meet expected standards of cleanliness and condition scores to receive a Diamond Rating, but facilities awarded the Inspector’s Best of Housekeeping designation must significantly surpass expectations. To earn the Inspector’s Best of Housekeeping award, hotels must demonstrate housekeeping excellence for two consecutive inspections and be free of AAA member complaints.
