This past May, we celebrated the reopening of The Clift Royal Sonesta Hotel San Francisco, and today we are excited to share that their newest eatery, Fredericks, is now open and ready to welcome guests.

Named after the founder of the original Clift Hotel, Frederick C. Clift and led by Executive Chef Daniel Corey, Fredericks is a restaurant/cafรฉ where guests can currently grab breakfast and lunch, along with coffee, beer, cider, and wine. Creative food and drink in this space include a high end coffee program, gourmet pastries and snacks, brasserie fare, elevated comfort food, and much more.

As a nod to the original Clift hotel, this cafรฉ and eatery has been placed back to its original location in the hotel and is home to beautiful black and white floors, which were originally in the space back in the1920โ€™s. The Clift expertly ties together its storied past with the present throughout, and Fredericks is another example of this carefully curated design, bringing together the classical look from the original restaurant and modern day San Francisco.
