Getting involved in our communities in the spirit of the Sonesta #CultureofCaring always offers heartwarming results and makes for a fun way to get to know those in the places we work and live. When National Letter Writing Day came around on December 7, our team at Sonesta ES Suites Perimeter Center East in Atlanta partnered with a local elementary school to send messages of holiday cheer, thanks, and hope to U.S. service men and women.
The students at Huntley Hills Elementary School wrote 450 cards out to send to Support Our Troops. It was a meaningful day for our Sonesta team as well as for the school, and we are so proud of the students for their creativity and kindness. We are certain their messages will brighten the holidays of many who won’t be able to see their loved ones this season.
Thank you, Huntley Hills Elementary School students and staff for sharing your talents with us and for allowing us to spend some time where you love to teach and learn!
