  1. A culture of uncaring at Sonesta Hotel Cusco:

Yesterday, I stayed at Sonesta Hotel Cusco. Unpleasently, I suffered hotel discrimitation when I tried to use its shuttle to Cusco airport. I was firstly said the shuttle will not give that service at 2PM as I needed however close 2PM the crew of a regional airline was move out to that airport. I asked to be joined with them as share same destination. I was said by reception and bell boy that the shuttle was full. Shuttle capacity 13 seat, crew were 6 people. No explanation even when I was watching such abuse of power by the hotel.

    • Thank you for sharing your experience, and offering us the opportunity to explain further. Arrangements are made via our contract with the airline crews we host to provide transportation as part of their accommodation. According to the safety rules of that arrangement, we are not permitted to allow non-crew to be transported while there are airline crew members aboard. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We hope you enjoyed your visit to Cusco and had an opportunity to take advantage of all the city has to offer.

  2. I am concerned of the norovirus outbreak at the Sonesta Maho in St. Maartin over the last month. I checked trip advisor and there are still complaints of this very contagious virus. We are traveling with our kids and are arriving there this Sat. March 26, 2016. Can someone reassure me that this has been resolved?
