The below smoothie and mocktail are delicious, refreshing, and perfect for serving to anyone, since they’re alcohol-free.

2 Blackberries (Muddled or Smashed)
2 Sage Leaves (Smack to Awaken Oils)
1.5oz Lemon Juice
1.5oz Simple Syrup
1.5oz “Bad” Apple Juice
(Fresh Apple juice mixed with Activated Charcoal)
Shake with ice
Strain into glass with fresh Ice
Garnish: 3 blackberries and Sage leaf

Glassware: Collins glass
Ingredients:
2oz Pomegranate Juice
2oz Pineapple Juice
2oz Ginger beer
Club Soda

Build:
Muddle orange and mint
Add the pomegranate juice, pineapple juice and ginger beer
Top with club soda and garnish with an orange spiral twist and fresh mint

 

 

Sparkling Pomegranate and Cranberry CocktailThe Chase Park Plaza Royal Sonesta St. Louis
• 16 fl oz Pomegranate Juice
• 8 fl oz Pellegrino / Sparkling water
• 4 fl oz Cranberry juice
• 1-inch slice of fresh ginger, thinly sliced,
• 1 – thin Orange zest
• 1 – thin Lemon zest
• 1 large sprig of fresh rosemary,

For garnish, Orange slice, Lemon grass, Pomegranate seeds
• Muddle sliced ginger and rosemary.
• Add cranberry juice and Pomegranate Juice, stir for 20 seconds
• Pour into ice-filled glasses through strainer
