“I had a very important business meeting in Philly. When I arrived the temperature was 10 degrees and I was quite sick. Dakiel, the front desk manager expressed concern about my health. The next thing I knew, hot tea and lemon arrived! This is a great example of “delighting” the customer!”

Another great experience at the newly renovated “R” club at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in the French Quarter!! The rooms have been modernized, but have kept the same local feeling that only the French Quarter offers. The “R” Club Manager, Darin Sterns really makes the experience special. He treats all of his guests like family and goes out of his way to make sure you have the best experience vacationing at this hotel. Our trip experience is elevated to the best trip when we stay at the Royal Sonesta. We highly recommend this hotel and Darin Sterns to anyone traveling to New Orleans!!”
