Classic Hemingway Cocktail

2 oz Rum – The classic recipe calls for a white rum, but we like to richen it up a bit and use an aged Rum, in this case we use Mt. Gay Black Barrel.
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/4oz Maraschino Liqueur

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.  Garnish with a wheel of lime.
