Valentine’s Day Cocktail Recipes

Whether you have big plans to dine out this Valentine’s Day, or you’re planning a cozy night at home, It’s always fun to add new cocktail recipes to your lineup. Açaí Berry Cosmo
2oz Van Gough Açaí Blueberry Vodka
.5oz Orange Liqueur
.5oz Raspberry Liqueur
1.5oz Cranberry Juice
Lime Wedge
5 Blueberries

Combine vodka, liquors, and juice in a shaker full of ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lime wedge and blueberries.

Chi Chi
1 oz. Macadamia nut liqueur
1 oz. Coconut rum
3/4 oz. Pineapple juice
1/4 oz. Lime juice
3 bar spoons Coconut cream
Garnish: Candied pineapple, Luxardo cherry, Coconut shavings

Combine liqueur, rum, lime juice, and coconut cream. Serve over ice, garnished with pineapple, cherry, and coconut shavings.

Smoked Old Fashioned
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 Teaspoons Simple syrup
Garnish: Sugar baked orange wheel, Luxardo cherry

Combine bourbon, bitters, and simple syrup. Serve on the rocks, garnished with orange wheel and cherry.

Rouge
1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 Lemon Juice
3/4 Raspberry syrup
2 to 3 oz. (enough to top the glass) Sparkling wine
Garnish: Raspberry, Lemon twist

Combine gin, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup. Pour into Champagne flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with raspberries and a lemon twist.
